The production process of alumina fiber paper belongs to the non-woven process. It is an inorganic fiber paper-like product formed by spraying and electrostatic spinning to spread the fibers into a uniform fiber web, and then mechanically entanglement and reinforcement of the fibers in the fiber web. It is light, soft, and does not contain any organic components. There will be no smoke or fire problems during the high temperature process. The long-term service temperature of alumina fiber paper can reach 1500 ℃, and the maximum use is 1600 ℃. In the oxidizing atmosphere, neutral atmosphere or partial reduction atmosphere under the long-term withstand this temperature, can still maintain its original toughness, strength, softness and fiber structure. The thickness of fiber paper is 0.2-1mm, which has excellent processability and has great market potential in the field of high temperature composite materials.

Long-term use temperature can reach 1500 ℃, the highest use of 1600 ℃. In the oxidizing atmosphere, neutral atmosphere or weak reducing atmosphere under the long-term withstand this temperature, can still maintain toughness, strength, softness and fiber structure. Alumina fiber blanket has a particularly outstanding thermal insulation performance, without special atmosphere protection; the use of high temperature and can resist acid and alkali erosion.

Shanghai Rongrong Lingang Manufacturing Base covers an area of 142 acres, with a plant construction area of nearly 160000 square meters, and 40 planned production lines. It can stably provide 750 tons of alumina continuous fiber, products, product customization business and solutions to global customers every year.

Rongrong new materials-Guangxi Baise alumina continuous fiber products project, covering an area of 800 acres, planning to build an annual output of 12500 tons of alumina fiber products. The project is divided into two phases, the first phase of 360 mu of land, 60 production lines, raw material polymer aluminum sol production lines, and supporting the construction of 110kV substation, with an output of 5000 tons; the second phase of 440 mu of land, the construction of 90 production lines and raw material polymer aluminum sol production line, the output of 7500 tons.

Rong Rong's new material-the key technology and industrialization project of 100-ton domestic alumina continuous fiber, has been appraised by academicians Sun Jinliang and Yu Jianyong of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The technology has reached the international advanced level and filled the domestic gap. It took the lead in completing the first pilot production line of alumina fiber paper at home and abroad and the first large-scale production line of 100mm thick short fiber needle blanket.
